• He has 18 years experience in steam turbine industry.
• His career started when he join Keck Seng (M) Berhad in year 1980 before he left to join Sime Darby (M) Berhad in year 1985 and then Kulim (M) Berhad in year 1989.
• In 1994, he was appointed as Chairman for Dalex Sdn Bhd. He is responsible for the strategic direction as well as overseeing the overall company activities, final negotiation and involved in decision making

• He was appointed as Managing Director in year 1990.
• He obtained a Diploma in Marine Engineering in year 1977 from Ungku Omar Polytechnic, Malaysia.
• He started his career as a Marine Engineer for MISC (M) Berhad in year 1978.
• Subsequently he left in year 1982 to join Salcon Engineering (M) Berhad as a service engineer for turbine.
• In year 1985, he left to establish his own company specializes in providing services for turbine named Sri Tarbin Service Sdn Bhd.
• In year 1989, he was appointed as turbine service manager for Dalex Sdn Bhd. A year later, he acquired all assets of Dalex Sdn Bhd
